Heads up...

Just a warning, for those who haven't heard. Over the past month or two there's been a recent increase in the number of hacked ffxi accounts, according to sources this has been linked to the possible use of ffxi.somepage.com, it's to do with a malicious code that's been implanted on the site that will attempt to exploit your computer and steal your account. Apparently ffxiah has also been a recent victim to this.

The smarter thing to do is to not visit these two sites, whether you believe there are harmful or not.

I'd highly suggest using the third link. If you get hacked, there's nothing you or SE can do about it to get your crap back so you might as well follow that guide. Just a warning for those who haven't heart yet...

Edit: Apparently people who play and are in the US military / Navy whatever are less vulnerable to this hack due to certain firewalls and whatnot. This would mean Fertdawg is safer?

For FFXI Helper go to the Settings.

Change Item Search away from Somepage to http://wiki.ffxiclopedia.org/wiki/Special:Search?search=
Change NPCs to http://wiki.ffxiclopedia.org/wiki/Special:Search?search=
Change recipes to http://www.ffrecipe.com/search.php?t=
Change quests to http://wiki.ffxiclopedia.org/wiki/Special:Search?search=
